One lucuma tree can product five hundred fruits in a year and provides sustenance when other crops are enduring a drought. Lucuma powder is a sweetener high in fiber, beta-carotene, niacin, iron, calcium and phosphorus while simultaneously being a low-glycemic food.

Suggested Use
